NEXT by SOMA Terms of Use

1. The Service

These terms govern your use of NEXT by SOMA (the “Service”) provided by Keemify (operated by Jihyun Kim). By installing or using the Service you agree to them.

2. Your responsibilities

Do not misuse other people’s information, break the law, or interfere with the Service.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to the content you add. We process it only as needed to provide the Service.

4. Changes and suspension

We may change or discontinue all or part of the Service. We will announce important changes in the app or on this page in advance.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is, and we are not liable for losses not caused by our intent or negligence.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
