LumosDeck Data Processing Notice
Draft ahead of the subscription launch. Terms may change in signed agreements.
1. Roles
For employee and business-partner information entered into LumosDeck, the customer is the controller and Keemify (operated by Jihyun Kim) is the processor acting on the customer’s instructions and within the processing agreement.
2. Information processed
- User accounts: name, email, team, role
- Account and contact records: name, contact details, company
- Opportunities, activity logs and forecast data
3. Sub-processors and transfers

4. Retention
When the agreement ends, we return or delete the information as agreed with the customer.
5. Security
We protect personal information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), least-privilege access and access logging.
