LumosDeck Terms of Service
Draft ahead of the subscription launch. Terms may change in signed agreements.
1. Purpose
These terms govern LumosDeck (the “Service”), provided by Keemify (operated by Jihyun Kim) to business customers. Where a signed agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.
2. The Service
A CRM for B2B sales teams covering opportunities, accounts, forecasts and reports.
3. Contract and fees
The Service is provided as an onboarding (initial customization) plus a monthly subscription. Fees, seats and payment terms follow the quote or agreement. Refund and cancellation terms
4. Customer data
Customers own the data they enter. We process it only as needed to provide the Service during the contract, and return or delete it within period after the contract ends.
5. Service levels
Availability target, maintenance notices, incident response times
6. Limitation of liability
Except for intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
